Syrian MB Condemns Attack On US Embassy In Damascus.

Syrian Muslim Brotherhood Chairman Ali Sadruddin el Bayanoni condemned the attack on the US embassy in Damascus and called it a contradiction to Islamic teachings ” We reject violence or use of force, and condemn targeting the US embassy or any other buildings, as Islam enjoins Muslims to be hospitable to their guests".

On the motives behind the operation and who stands behind it, el Bayanoni said that the problem is that the media blackout imposed by the Syrian regime makes it difficult to learn any details of what has happened.

While the Syrian MB Chairman dismissed as untrue the existence of Al Qaeda icells in Syria, he, however, asserted the existence of other minor organizations “The Syrian Intelligence usually takes advantage of such groups to achieve specific goals while using them as a scapegoat when necessary.” he said.
