Kidnapped PA deputy PM refused to attend Israeli court
Kidnapped PA deputy Prime Minister, Dr. Naseruddin al-Shaer, refused to attend the Ofer military court Thursday because he told his lawyer he does not recognise the legality of the Zionist court.
He further stressed that this whole so called legal process is in fact political and aims to disrupt the Palestinian political system and demolish the Palestinian Authority.

Kidnapped PA deputy Prime Minister, Dr. Naseruddin al-Shaer, refused to attend the Ofer military court Thursday because he told his lawyer he does not recognise the legality of the Zionist court. He further stressed that this whole so called legal process is in fact political and aims to disrupt the Palestinian political system and demolish the Palestinian Authority. The court decided to extend the detention of the kidnapped minister for eight further days. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation authorities have decided to extend the detention of the kidnapped minister for Occupied Jerusalem affairs for another 8 days. He has been kept as a hostage for the past 57 days. Furthermore, prisoners reported that Dr. Azzam Salhab, an elected member of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) and who is imprisoned in Ramalah prison has been transferred to the Ramalah prison hospital where he lies on a hospital bed with both his feet and hands shackled. |
