Human Rights in Tyranny Age

       Resorting to the same old game became a habit of the world governed by tyranny strategies and language of force dominance; where it intends to change facts and reality, resorts to exceptional status, ridicules ideas and considers right to be false, truth to be enormity, wronged to be unjust, and the unjust one to be on the right side and must be supported!

By the same rules of this –old- game, people of Noah, peace and blessing’s of God be upon him, refused to listen to truth to the extent that their prophet said:

"And every time I have called to them, that Thou mightiest forgive them, they have (only) thrust their fingers into their ears, covered themselves up with their garments, grown obstinate, and given themselves up to arrogance” Qur’an 71:7.

With the same logic the people of Lut, peace and blessing’s of God be upon him, shouted against the noble people among them: "Drive out the followers of Lut from your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!" Qur’an 27:56.

Namrouz did not believe what he saw of the fire not burning Abraham, peace and blessing’s of God be upon him, considering it magic. “We said, "O Fire! be thou cool, and (a means of) safety for Abraham!"” Qur’an 21:69; so, he soon shouted: "I give life and death". Qur’an 2:258. Pharaoh also played the same game seeking to govern his people, he said: “O Chiefs! No god do I know for you but myself” Qur’an 28:38.

Like previous disbelievers, Abu Jahl, the disbeliever uncle of the Messenger, and his fellows did the same of disbelieving and not submitting to the well-known and clear truth:" And they rejected those Signs in iniquity and arrogance, though their souls were convinced” Qur’an 27:14.

Through history, the series of disbelief continued till the age of unipolar world, where evil language controls all international organizations directing all world elements towards the fire of American globalization.

World Man and American Man 

 Under the American World Order, Man is divided into categories:

·        First-rank Man: Under this category fall Americans and Zionists

·        Second-rank Man: Westerners, of course without Eastern origins.

·        Tenth-rank Man: Under this category fall citizens of Arab and Islamic world and the East generally.

According to this categorization, official human rights reports are issued from the American Ministry of Affairs and from other establishments related to Bush Jr. regime, that approved a report on human rights in the world on 8^th of last March tackling the retreat of democracy in Egypt and Saudi Arabia; human rights violations in Iran; Iraqi prisons, Syria and Egypt; the impact of ethnic conflicts on human rights in Sudanese Darfur; the blockade over civil society and media in Arab countries; Iranian and Syrian rulers not subjugating to their peoples; and the human rights violation file in the Chinese republic.

In this manner, US administration, wearing sheep clothing, distributes accusations over the world, propagating its dominance and horizons of freedom of division and false accusation.

 America criticizes regimes it supports, and policies it made, weaving with human rights logo, through which it grants itself the right to interfere in countries’ affairs and trespass them, and imposing international penalties on them, then occupying them and spreading human rights by force through democracy models, like “Abu Ghurib” prison and the practical examples of freedom like what the British soldiers gave concrete form to when torturing children and young people in Iraq sadistically

In the American human rights equation, there are questions that need answers, according to human rights networks like IFEX- Arab Network for Human Rights Information - HRW - Amnesty International, in addition to what some American journalists publish. Examples are many and unanswered

-Who would reveal the facts behind USA detention of  journalist in Buka and Guantanamo detention camps.

-Who would reveal the facts about life rights

violations in Guantanamo

-Who would justly investigate the shameful “Abu

Ghurib” incidents?

-Who would question the Americans about detaining

the photographer of Reuters for eight month in the

American army camps in Iraq?

-Who would talk about the file of American secret

detention centers in Western Europe violating the

international law?

-Similarly, what about the "black sites" for secret 

detention running by CIA, and which became in

many countries, and of course in many Arab

countries?

-Who would justify UK anti-terror measures that

legalize torturing people

 After all these unanswered questions, how could the US question torture, which became an American means through Arab and Islamic regimes to do so on its behalf?! What Man does it defend, while it takes him as a hostage to achieve its goals? Similarly, Arab regimes do so, by letting security forces takes the families of political activists as hostages to force them give themselves up.

 Additionally, U.S. and its international organizations justify confiscating money of individuals and companies under the pretense that these bodies finance terrorism. A near example is what happened to the business man Yusuf Nada; And US asking the Yemeni government to arrest the Yemeni preacher Abdel Majid Al-Zindani and to confiscate his money under the pretense that he is financing Hamas. The matter increased by practicing severe pressures on the organizations and countries donating to Palestinian people, to stop them sending the determined donations after Hams victory; then by threatening Iran of imposing international penalties if it continued its nuclear project.

All these acts violating human rights and international covenants were followed as models by tyrannical countries and regimes. They did the same detention, closing of companies and establishments, freezing jobs and dislodging families. In that manner, the violation series continues in the Islamic world, in Palestine, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq, Sudan, Tunisia, Philippine, Eastern and Western Turkistan, ... etc. As the people summoning each other to eat the Islamic body, we remember the Messenger companions asking him "O Messenger of God will that happen because we will be few?" He, Peace and blessings of God be upon him, answered:" No, you will be a lot, but like the foam of a torrent"

On the other side, the constant law calls upon the world:” God does not change a people’s lot unless they change what is in their hearts” Qur’an 13:11

O Seekers of Human Rights

 You have an unbalanced scales. Your laws are made up by slave traders. Your principles are written by value traders. Your principles are free of rights but yours. They are free of justice but for your own interests. “But if the right is on their side, they come to him with all submission (49) Is it that there is a disease in their hearts? or do they doubt (50)” Qur’an 24:49-50

O People of Humanity

You carry the life system for the world inside yourselves:" Can he who was dead, to whom We gave life, and a light whereby he can walk amongst men, be like him who is in the depths of darkness, from which he can never come out?” Qur’an 6:122. You live on earth according to the law of heavens promising:” The (Qur’an) is indeed the message, for thee and for thy people; and soon shall ye (all) be brought to account” Qur’an 43:44. You know the meaning of real honoring for humanity:” We have honored the sons of Adam; provided them with transport on land and sea; given them for sustenance things good and pure; and conferred on them special favors, above a great part of our creation” Qur’an 17:70. The origin of divine rank of Man is by being vicegerent on earth: “Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I will create a vicegerent on earth." “

So you should know:

- There is no honor but through Islam:

“But honor belongs to Allah and His Messenger, and to the Believers

and to Allah belongs the might and to His Messenger and to the believers” Qur’an 63:8

- Freedom is but in the shade of Islam:

“Let there be no compulsion in religion” Qur’an 2”256

And “let him who please believe, and let him who please disbelieve” Qur’an 18:29

-         Saving lives is but by Islam:

“Nor kill (or destroy) yourselves “Qur’an 4:29

-  Money and economy to be kept safe only by turning to divine order:

“ Eat not up your property among yourselves in vanities: But let there be amongst you Traffic and trade by mutual good-will “ Qur’an 4:29

Generally, the rule is constant from the last sermon of the Messenger:

“O people: Your blood, your honor and your wealth are sacred to you as this day of yours in this month of yours in this land of yours is sacred”

So, Muslims, set up a human state in your hearts, guarded by the rules of your religion, consequently this state will be established on your land. You should know that your belief in the sincerity of your message is the key to get rid of subordination rules and the injustice of globalization laws.

O Half of Creation and Society:

To every woman and girl all over the world; in your World Woman Day declared by the world; to us, you are a mother, a wife, a sister and a daughter. You are a life going through men’s veins, and a firm prop which society resorts to; so, do not be deceived by the illusions of liberty made of transparent leaves. Do not submit to those who want to offer your bodies as commodities in the market of slave-trading media and in nudity video clips. Stand firm against the attempts of making use of your femininity in flesh markets. You should know that  your ability to build is greater than men’s, because you build the glory of what you make and stick into men the glory of they make in all fields.

To…Muslim Sisters

Who preach here and there, who are persistent in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Kashmir and in every resisting and struggling spot, honor flags that West’s globalization works to half-mast, signs of chastity we are proud to walk beside, sisters in all fields ( company, factory, ministry, parliament, society, hospital,..etc) and of course first of all in houses, you have a heavy load, heavier responsibilities and great duties; so, be up to them. Give sincerely in all fields. Be firm against any element of social destruction. With your veils, be like barricades, reforming the meaning of freedom to stem from the beauty of sticking to divinity, and refraining from state of ignorance. Do not let life activities keep your attention of your homes, husbands and children, as who masters sowing, she happily harvest. "For God is with you, and will never put you in loss for your (good) deeds” Qur’an 47:35
