Samy Abu Zahry, the spokesman of the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, called on Europeans and Americans to press their governments for respecting the will of the Palestinians who elected their representatives thought democratic elections, overseen by international and local monitors and received a large-scale media coverage.
 
Abu Zahry condemned some states’ threats of suspending aids to Palestinians, upon selecting their representatives, while these countries supported and still aid overwhelmingly some doctorial and corrupted regimes.
 
Despite this prejudiced hostility towards Hamas, the movement concerns with making communicative channels with the West, within the framework of mutual respect.
