Detainees’ Families Staged a Sit-in

On Sunday, families of detainees of Borg al-Arab Prison, arrested during the outgoing legislative vote, staged a sit-in before the National Council for Human Rights. They lodged complaints to the Council Chairman, Boutros Gaily, against the emergency law and detention of their relatives. Families lift banners demanding captures to be released such as ’where is my father’ and ’free our sons’.
