In Bandar el-Mansora, more than thirty thugs, who are equipped with
swords
and machetes, attack electorate and Brotherhood’s supporters under the
watchful eye of police. Moreover, polling stations are completely
closed
off. Two Brotherhood’s supporters were abducted. None but the
representatives of the National Democratic Party’s candidates were
allowed
entering the polling centers.

In el-Manzla constituency, the proxy of the Muslim Brotherhood’s
nominee
was taken into custody. A police officer confiscated the IDs of voters
in
polling center no 89.

In Meet Salese City, the home town of the Brotherhood’s candidate,
many
polling stations are sealed off by police. No voters are allowed to
give
votes.

In el-Semblawan City two voters were put under arrest.

In el-Matria area, the situation is very critical. Two Brotherhood’s
backers were detained. Ten voters were dismissed from polling centers.
In
el-Shebol village clashes erupted as voters were denied access to
polling
stations. Security forces increasingly provoked people by using tear
gas.
Thus the enraged voters took over a polling center setting the
detainees
free. In addition, rioters, set fire on streets to take revenge over
policemen.

In Meet Gamr city, four representatives were arrested. Policemen
prevent
the electorate from casting votes.

In Aga constituency, the voting process is halted. While the
supervisory
judge asked police to admit voters to polling centers, policemen
refused.

In Bany Ebad constituency, 156 voters were forced to elect publicly
the
National Democratic Party’s nominee in Salka village. Voting process
in
Meet Badr village began an hour later.

In Besnadela constituency, some polling stations started half an hour
late.
Some monitoring judges came late. Generally, voting process is to some
extent peaceful.
