Dr. Youssef Sayed Mahmoud, the dean of Al Fayyum Faculty of Education issued the decision a decision of dismissing 5 students in the faculty, including a female student, for a month without holding any investigation or directing any accusation to them.
The students were surprisingly prevented from entering the faculty and the dean subpoenaed the father of student Ali Abd Al-Hasib, freshman in the English Department,  and insulted him inside the library in front of his son amid astonishment and wonder of the student, his father and some faculty professors; the student and his father left the office while showered by insults from the faculty dean; this dean of the faculty passed on Thursday by all faculty classes and said bad names about the Muslim Brotherhood parliamentarians and the students belonging to the Islamic movement and accused the Brotherhood MPs of inciting the students to demand their rights and demand the return of their dismissed colleagues; what raised eyebrows is that the five students who were dismissed include student Mohamed Saber who was dismissed three days ago for a month upon a decision issued by the University President; this means that the student was dismissed on Wednesday upon a decision from the University President and has been dismissed once again on Thursday upon a decision from the dean of the Faculty of Education.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Galal Mostafa Said, chairman of Al Fayyum University, dismissed on Wednesday 17 students from various faculties in the university without holding any investigation with them; accordingly, the students staged demonstrations and sit-ins on Wednesday and Thursday amid the insistence of the University President on not meeting the students to know why they were dismissed; he also lodged a report to the prosecution against 5 students who he accused of beating the university guard; this surprised the students due to the claims of the University President although he confirms in all media outlets that he cares for the students while his deeds towards the students confirm the opposite.
