Hussein Ibrahim Elected Deputy Speaker of 19 Islamic Parliaments

Delegations of 19 Arab and Islamic countries participated in the International Forum for Islamic Parliaments (IFIP) in Jakarta, Indonesia, and elected Hussein Mohamed Ibrahim, the deputy chairman of the Muslim Brotherhood parliamentary bloc in the Egyptian People’s Assembly, as a senior deputy speaker for the forum. The Algerian MP Abdul Magid Al Manasera was elected a speaker for the forum, and Dr. Nasser Al Sana from Kuwait, a second deputy speaker. |
